This year, we rolled the dice and held our Summer Party on Friday the 13th… and either luck was on our side, or maybe it’s true when they say you make your own kind of luck. We were surrounded by amazing company, indulged in great food, and soaked up unbeatable summer vibes. It’s the first time we’ve hosted a summer party (usually, we just have a Christmas party), but it was such a fantastic night that it’s going to have to be a regular annual event from now on…
The night was filled with laughter, dancing, and moments we won’t forget. A perfect opportunity to unwind and enjoy each other’s company outside of the usual workday routine. Every single person at our table got up to dance – even those who usually shy away from the spotlight. It’s now one of my favourite memories of working at J Banks and I am so grateful to everyone who came along and helped make the night such a memorable one — you brought the fun, the smiles, and the Friday magic! 🌟🎲
If you’re looking for a team building exercise, forget forking out for a workshop or corporate away day – find the nearest dance floor and drag everyone up. Believe me. It works!
